This was a specially ordered item made in Okinawa to commemorate the US Marine Corps' Artillery Fire Command and Control Unit's Far East Tour from 1962 to 1963. The Marine Corps' symbol, the eagle, is dynamic, and the beautiful colors and large number of characters make this a rare item that is rarely seen even in the vintage market. SWIFT, SILENT, and DEADLY represent the ferocity of the weapons used by this unit.
